Candle manufacturing operating specifications

Candles are a daily lighting tool made of paraffin that burn to emit light.

Although the candles are small, the production process is relatively complicated. The first step is to use manual wax molds. The molds must have different specifications and be liked by the public;

The second is the selection of materials. The materials used should choose high-quality paraffin that meets national standards as the main raw material;

The third step is processing. After adding auxiliary materials to the main raw materials, put it into a wax pot and boil it at high temperature until it reaches the boiling point. Then pour it into the wax-making mold, cool it with water, remove the remaining material after it is stable, and use the manual candlestick to melt the wax. Push it out, then align the center cord with the center of the mold groove for a second injection, then continue to cool down with water, and take it out after it is stable.

In the process of making candles, temperature and humidity, speed and brightness must be strictly controlled. This requires the wax master to not only have quick eyesight and quick hands, but also be careful and focused, and have skillful skills. Only in this way can a qualified candle be made.
