Wax materials:

Paraffin wax: The most common raw material for candles, which is cheap, but may release a small amount of harmful substances when burning.

Beeswax: Natural and environmentally friendly, with a long burning time, but the cost is relatively high.

Soy wax: A renewable resource, environmentally friendly and clean burning, suitable for making scented candles.

Palm wax: High hardness, often used to make container candles.

Wick:

Usually made of cotton or linen, modern wicks may be chemically treated (such as boric acid soaking) to improve burning efficiency.

Additives:

Fragrances, pigments, hardeners, etc. are used to improve the appearance and performance of candles.

Production process

Impregnation method:

The wick is repeatedly dipped into the melted Paraffin wax, cooling after each dip until the candle reaches the desired thickness.

Applicable to the production of traditional candles.

Mold method:

Pour the melted Paraffin wax into the mold, and demold it after cooling.

Applicable to candles with complex shapes (such as decorative candles and religious candles).

Extrusion method:

Paraffin Wax is heated and squeezed into a specific shape, suitable for large-scale production.

Container candles:

Paraffin Wax is poured into glass jars or other containers, often used for scented candles.

Modern production technology

Automated production line: Modern candle production mostly uses automated equipment, which can be mechanized from melting, injection molding to packaging.

Environmental protection technology: Use renewable materials (such as soy wax) and environmentally friendly additives to reduce the impact on the environment.

Personalization: Use technologies such as 3D printing to make unique and personalized candles.
