1. Thread the new candle machine.

3. Pouring: Straighten the line and tighten it, and pour the wax liquid after filling the water tank with cold water. Pouring temperature, low temperature is suitable for wax liquid in summer, and high temperature and low temperature are both acceptable in winter.

The poured wax liquid should be more than 10 mm higher than the mold tube, so that the wax liquid can naturally replenish the tube. If the wax liquid is insufficient, it will cause the candle defect hollow core.

4. Demolding: After the surface is solidified, cut the core wire hanging on the workbench from the wax tail, wait for the candle in the mold to completely solidify, and demold when it is not soft by hand. Be sure to master the demolding time. Soft wax demolding is the most serious damage to the mold tube and is the root cause of the mold tube rupture.
