Shape:
1. Hard aluminum foil: The aluminum foil which has not been softened (annealed) after rolling, has no residue on the surface without degreasing treatment. Therefore, the hard foil must be degreased before printing, lamination, coating, and can be used directly if it is used for forming.
2. Semi-rigid aluminum foil: Aluminum foil with hardness (or strength) of aluminum foil between hard foil and soft foil, usually used for forming.
3. Soft aluminum foil: The aluminum foil which is softened after being fully annealed after rolling is soft in material and has no residual oil on the surface. Soft foils are used in most applications, such as packaging, composites, and electrical materials.
