Titanium Alloy Wire
Titanium wire is a silvery white metal with many excellent properties. The density of titanium is 4.54g/cm3, which is 43% lighter than steel and slightly heavier than the long-renowned light metal magnesium. However, its mechanical strength is similar to that of steel, twice that of aluminum and five times that of magnesium. Titanium is resistant to high temperatures, with a melting point of 1942K, which is nearly 1000K higher than gold and nearly 500K higher than steel.

Our materials are of the highest quality and fully comply with orthopedic (ASTM F-136, F167 and F1472), aerospace (AMS, Mil-T) and
industrial specifications (ASTM and ASME). We have experienced operators who can handle complex operations such as titanium machining
and processing.
Titanium Bar, Titanium rod and Titanium wire products in our titanium inventory include CP Grade 1 (designed for excellent weldability and impact toughness),
CP Grade 2, CP Grade 3 (used where corrosion resistance is a primary design factor, such as when manufacturing aircraft quality titanium), CP Grades 4, 7 and 11,
as well as Titanium Alloys. Supra Alloys' inventory includes 6Al-4V or Grade 5, 6Al-4V ELI or Grade 23, Grade 12, 5Al-2.5Sn, 6Al-2Sn-4Z1-2Mo, 15V-3Cr-3Sn-3Al and
many other Titanium and Titanium Alloy Bars, Rods and Wire. All bars are supplied in standard 10-14 foot mill random lengths, except for special shipments or customer requests.
